Position 1 : Junior Technician
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and enthusiastic entry level Junior Hardware
Technician (Designation : Junior Technician) to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you
will assist in the building/assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware components that powers
our cutting-edge wearable product , ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and
reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities
∙Build/assemble and test electronic components and systems based on guidance & discussions
with senior team members.
∙Perform troubleshooting and repairs on defective hardware.
∙Assist in identifying the appropriate BoM (Bill of Materials) for the given design and procure
the same.
∙Collaborate with senior team members to improve hardware design and functionality
∙Support the development team in identifying hardware-related issues
∙Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user manuals
∙Document and maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results
Required and Preferred Qualifications
∙A Diploma or an Engineering/Technology graduate degree in Electronics, Electrical
Engineering or a related field, or equivalent
∙Experience with soldering and assembly of electronic devices. Hands on lab
experience/training.
∙Proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment
∙Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuitry
∙Familiarity with HW troubleshooting techniques and tools
Preferred:
∙Understanding of software tools for hardware diagnostics
∙Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in hardware testing
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
∙Familiarity with CAD software for schematic design
∙Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
∙Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

∙Duration : Six months with likely extension or converted to permanent position, based on
mutual agreement.
∙Compensation : ₹ 25,000/- to ₹ 35,000/- pm.

Position 2 : Junior Software Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, detailoriented and enthusiastic entry level Junior Firmware (FW) &
Software (SW) Engineer (Designation : Junior Software Developer) to join our team on a contract
basis. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and test
embedded systems that
powers our cutting-edge wearable product
and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
∙Develop of embedded software for microcontroller-based wearable systems.
∙Assist in the design of embedded software.
∙Collaborate with senior engineers to implement and thoroughly test firmware solutions.
∙Help in validating, fine tuning & debugging HW designs.
∙Support debugging and troubleshooting of embedded systems in both development and
production environments.
∙Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation for project specifications.
∙Maintain and support version control of the code developed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
∙An Engineering/Technology graduate or post-graduate degree in Electronics or Electrical or
Computer Science Engineering or a related field, or equivalent
∙Hands on experience with embedded ‘C’.
∙Experience to developing embedded SW in at least one HW platform (e.g. Raspberry Pi,
Audrino, ESP series etc).
∙Familiarity with embedded SW development environments (e.g. IDEs/SDKs) and debugging
tools.
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∙Exposure to at least one communication protocol like I2C, SPI, UART is a big plus.
∙Exposure to embedded SW for wireless communication like classical Bluetooth, WiFi, BLE
is a big plus.
∙We will consider bright freshers. However, relevant work experience is a big plus.
Preferred:
∙Python programming.
∙Familiarity with at least one version control tool : Git, clearcase, SVN, Mercurial etc.
∙Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
∙Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
∙Prior experience in development of wearable device is a big plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
∙Exposure to embedded coding standards and profiling & optimization techniques.
∙Basic knowledge of hardware design and ability to read & understand PCB schematics.
∙Experience in system debug.
