A joint workshop by pCoE on VR and Haptics and pCoE on AI and Data Sciences at IIT Madras
Healthcare in the 21st century will be transformed by various digital revolutions. These revolutions include the Internet; Augmented reality; Artificial intelligence; Computational Genomics; and Medical Robotics. The purpose of this workshop is to have leaders from India and the U.S. present state of the art research in digital health and develop a research map on how digital health will aid in improving the quality of life in a timely manner within allocated budgets. The P9 medicine concept — personalized, predictive, preventive, participatory, pervasive, precise, privacy-preserving, protective, and priced reasonably – forms the basis for the digital health framework. The realization of the P9 concept through various digital technologies will be discussed.
